യു.ഡി.എഫ് സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി നിർണയവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കോൺഗ്രസ് അധ്യക്ഷന് അയച്ചതെന്ന വ്യാജേന, പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവിൻ്റെ ലെറ്റർപാഡ് വ്യാജമായി നിർമ്മിച്ച് സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന കത്തിനെ കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് വി.ഡി സതീശൻ മുഖ്യ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഓഫീസര്ക്കും സംസ്ഥാന പോലീസ് മേധാവിക്കും പരാതി നല്കി. മുഖ്യ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഓഫീസറുടെ നിർദ്ദേശത്തെ തുടർന്ന് ആലുവ സൈബർ പൊലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു. പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവിൻ്റെ പ്രൈവറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ മൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

I write to bring to your urgent attention a serious matter concerning the circulation of a forged letter purportedly issued in my name being widely circulated in social media.
A fabricated document, bearing my forged letterhead and signature, is being widely circulated across various social media platforms. The contents of this letter are misleading and appear to be deliberately designed to create confusion among Congress party workers and the general public during the ongoing election period.
Such malicious dissemination of false information not only misuses the identity of a constitutional functionary but also has the potential to vitiate the electoral atmosphere, misguide voters, and disrupt the democratic process. This act constitute a violation of the Model Code of Conduct as well as relevant provisions of election law and cyber regulations.
In view of the seriousness of the issue, I respectfully request your good office to: Initiate an immediate inquiry into the origin and circulation of the forged letter.
Direct appropriate authorities, including cyber cells, to identify and take action against those responsible.
Ensure the removal of such misleading content from social media platforms at the earliest.
